Workshop: A Life Worth Living – an Inside Out Experience with GuruNischan Kaur
About the teacher, GuruNischan Kaur:
GuruNischan Khalsa was born and raised in a Yoga Ashram in Phoenix Arizona. With 38 years experience living Kundalini Yoga, she breathes and vibrates this foundational spiritual consciousness at the cellular core of her being.
GuruNischan is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, a Motivational Speaker and LifeStyle Coach. Her passion for life is utterly contagious, as is her shining smile and electrifying personality. Workshop: NATURAL LIVING with ESSENTIAL OILS
Do you often wish you had a natural remedy for THAT? In the Natural Living with Essential Oils
workshop, we will learn about which essential oils are primary support for an
assortment of ailments and concerns. We
will also incorporate “best practices” of combining Kundalini Yoga, reflexology
and homeopathy to give us a rounded and versatile approach to living a natural
life. This workshop is designed to give
us the basics while we experience the oils and learn together. There will be an opportunity to purchase your
own oils at the conclusion of the class.

About the teacher, Harimander Marge:
Harimander Kaur (Marge Awarski) was first introduced to Kundalini Yoga
by S. S. Sangeet Kaur Khalsa. Seeing the impact it had on Sangeet’s
life, she decided to investigate further. Harimander has been practicing
Kundalini Yoga since 2002 and graduated from KRI yoga teacher training
in 2015. Harimander also holds a B.S. in Chemistry, is a graduate of the
American Medical College of Homeopathy and founder of Sacred Mountain
Healing Arts. She has studied various forms of Energy Healing as well as
Reiki. Her passions include helping others and spending time with her
dogs, O’Neill and Hunny.
