Yoga Phoenix: Phoenix, Arizona; 3HO Foundation of Arizona, a non-profit 501c3, was founded in 1970. Through this educational, service organization, the technology of Kundalini Yoga has been taught, practiced and experienced by individuals of all ages (from babies to seniors), from all walks of life and lifestyles (families, schools and educators, health care providers, spiritual campuses) striving to improve health, happiness, and wholeness for themselves and their communities.
