Update on December 22, 2014: Mommy and Me (6 weeks to crawlers) is taking a break. Please check back later for the 2015 schedule.
One of the best things that parents can do for their young children is to let them practice yoga. Research has shown that yoga can benefit babies and parents in so many ways.
According to this article from Yoga Journal, praciticnig yoga with baby can:
- help parents to bond with their baby.
- help baby's growth and development.
- help baby to build muscles.
- help baby's coordination which will later contribute towards learning to walk.
- be a good way to enjoy your time with your baby
