Riding the Naad with Nam Kamal Kaur

Next Tuesday, July 22, 2014, 7pm - 8:30pm, come to Yoga Phoenix for a wonderful experience in the sound current:

Join us for a fun evening of riding the “naad” or sound current. After tuning up our chakras, we will work on perfecting the “Ong” which is the Bij or seed sound and the primal vibration from which all vibration came into existence.  We will then tap into the sound of our breath, the “So Hung”.

Combining this powerful permutation “Ong So Hung”, we will vibrate the sound to create the state of Sehaj where an individual begins to flow with the flow of the universe and every action becomes effortless – where One becomes All.

No previous experience necessary.

“Let me tell you a very secret: the sound Ong must be mastered.  After mastering Ong, when you chant ‘Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo,’ the Universe will open up to you.”   --  Yogi Bhajan

Reasons to take part in Riding the Naad

Make this a special evening for yourself, come experience all the benefits of chanting, and learn more about the science of sound current from a good teacher.

"I met Nam Kamal during Level 1 Teacher Training in 2012. The energy I felt from her is honest, sincere, and down to earth. She has a beautiful way of explaining things in a simple and straightforward way, making it easy or everyone to understand the concepts. I also had the fortunate opportunity to partner with her during White Tantric Yoga. Nam Kamal proved to be a very strong, solid, and steady yogini. This is the kind of teacher I'd like to learn from: reliable, strong, steady, honest, and sincere." - Haritej Kaur

More info about Nam Kamal Kaur:
Prior to completing Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2012, Nam Kamal (Cathy) engaged in chanting mantra for a number of years.  In addition to taking a Healing Sounds Seminar from Jonathan Goldman, she followed some of the early Sound & Harmonics pioneers including Tom Kenyon and Steve Halpern.  The Naad is one of the most effective ways to duplicate the same vibrational patterns within our being that were experienced by enlightened masters that have come before us.

Lastly, according to numerology forecast, the overall number for this year is a 7, which represents music and our ability to uplift ourselves and others through the use of voice.  So this is the year to make good use of your natural ability and chant as much as you can to bring light and healing into your world.
