Kundalini Yoga Classes at Yoga Phoenix - Fall 2015 Schedule

Yoga Phoenix invites you to experience the life-changing benefits of Kundalini Yoga in one of the oldest established Kundalini Yoga centers in the world! We've been around since 1970, all our teachers are internationally certified, and new students start every day with our beginner friendly classes. Yoga Phoenix is conveniently located in Central Phoenix, in the Historic Coronado District. As part of the non-profit organization, 3HO of Arizona, we are all about service and sharing this profound, yogic technology.

White Tantric Yoga, Phoenix 2015 - A Glorious Experience!

Break time at White Tantric Yoga, Phoenix 2015. 

Wahe Guru! We had a marvelous White Tantric Yoga this year at the Phoenix Zoo! Thank you to our facilitator, Dr. Sat Kaur, and all 176 participants! It is our joy and honor to be able to serve you all in this event! Please take good care of yourself and keep up with the vibration. Taking yoga classes or starting a personal sadhana (personal spiritual practice) are all good ways of keeping your energy up, helping you to stay strong and steady in life.
