Saturday, July 19: Full Hour Chakra Gong Healing with Jaap Kaur

Strengthen your nerves and calm the mind with the healing sound of the gong.

Create and hold a calm space so chaos cannot disturb you.

“In your life, the worst thing that eats you up inside is when you remember your past – it is very anti-God. Yesterday is gone.” Yogi Bhajan

Jaap Kaur trained at the Master's Touch and the Japji Courses with Yogi Bhajan in 2002 and 2003.

She completed the 5-module Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher training (500 hours cert) and is a Kundalini Yoga Associate Teacher Trainer, progressing toward Professional Trainer.

She understands and relates the technical reasons behind the science of Kundalini Yoga to motivate students to see themselves doing everything perfectly--angles and triangles, mudras, meditations, breath, eyes, and relaxation.

Jaap Kaur's use of the gong progresses through the chakras for balancing and allows for deeper healing and integration during this meditative relaxation.

Tuesday, July 22: Riding the Naad with Nam Kamal

Join us for a fun evening of Riding the “Naad” or Sound Current.

After tuning up our chakra’s, we will work on perfecting the “Ong” which is the Bij or seed sound and the primal vibration from which all vibration came into ex-istence. We will then tap into the sound of our breath, the “So Hung”.

Combining this powerful permutation “Ong So Hung”, we will vibrate the sound to create the state of Sehaj where an individual begins to flow with the flow of the universe and every action becomes effortless where – One becomes All and All becomes One.
This class is an opportunity to discover your own tones that activate the cells within your body and assist in creating union with the Cosmos.

No previous experience necessary. Just bring your voice and a sense of humor!

Nam Kamal (Cathy) has long been a fan of many of the early pioneers in Harmonics and Sound Healing and has actively engaged in toning and chanting mantra over the years. She completed Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2012 and was instantly attracted to the vibrational technology of the Naad. It has been said “There is no sweeter sound for the Soul to hear than that of one’s own voice.”

Join our gong masters for a phenomenal healing experience. Revitalize your nervous system and renew your energy!

Tuesday, June 10: Developing Intuition with Adi Singh

Senior teacher, Adi Singh, has created a special summer series to help us develop our intuition for the Aquarian Age.

“As the Aquarian Age dawns, The old defenses and manipulations based on hiding or controlling access to information will no longer work. We need the capacity to assess our actions and their consequences before we take them as if every action will be known and will reveal us. Only then can we realize that our word, fulfilled by actions. is our ultimate gift and power.

Intellect is not enough. We need a new relationship to intuition, emotion and instinct.

Information is not enough. Neither is knowledge. We need wisdom.

The outer education provided by the information revolution must be matched by an inner education in wisdom, self-control, intuition, and the use of the neutral mind. We need stamina under stress, clarity of values for decisions, and a new base for identity. We need the ability to command our brain, mind, and states of consciousness consciously through the filter of intuition, wisdom, and the positive, negative, and neutral minds. The outer education provided by the information revolution must be matched by an inner education in wisdom, self-control, intuition and the use of the neutral mind." - Yogi Bhajan

Join Adi Singh every 2nd Tuesday of the month this summer to learn to expand and develop Intuition and Wisdom, to control and balance the positive, negative and neutral minds.
