Sat Nam,
We are almost there -- 40 days since WTY. To celebrate the conclusion of our 40 day meditation we will meet at 2308 N. Richland on next Thursday combining efforts with Caring Coalition, see specifics below!
Those of you not able to join us in physical form, please find your own way to celebrate!
See everyone next year for WTY in Phoenix, January 31!

Blessing of continued peace and prosperity on all levels,
Yoga Phoenix WTY Team

Yogi Bhajan gave us the post-tantric 11 minute silent meditation for 40 days.  (Same as the first Kriya of morning & afternoon with just Jupiter fingers straight up and others locked, hands at heart center.)  Facilitator responded that if you are inspired to have music/mantra in the background the Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo fits best.  This 40 day meditation completes on Thursday, April 3.  Yoga Phoenix is hosting a meditation, camp fire visit and chant, pot luck dinner, and Caring Coalition packaging of healthy items for neighborhood children to have proper nutrition for the weekend.  Join the community unity project and celebrate our completion together with community kindness.  Event begins at 6:00pm, same time as Caring Coalition meets each Thursday. (Use side gate to patio of 2308 N. Richland street.)
Those of you around the world can join in spirit and have your own local gatherings and/or celebrations the same day.
Set your intentions for WTY in Phoenix January 31st, 2015! Between now and then, invite all your friends to join you!  We are happy to serve 200 or 300 with ease.

Tuesday, April 15: Meditation and Mantras with Guru Simran Singh

Yogi Bhajan gave us thousands of meditations. They cover such subjects as chanting, Celestial Communication, classic pranayams, Venus Kriyas, holding a still position and locking in a mental focus, visualizations, projections, kriyas for healing ourselves and our neuroses, kriyas to unite us with the Infinite, and on and on. The richness of this legacy is almost incalculable.

In this special class we will begin the exploration of some of this heritage; in this hour and a half class we will explore the fundamental metaphysics of Guru Nanak's vision with the Mul Mantra, the attributes of the Infinite with the Guru Gyatri mantra, and finally the merging into the Infinite with chanting the Ram Das Guru chant to achieve peace and clarity.
It will be an exciting evening to awaken your mind, to open you heart and to lead us to joy and bliss. All this and Yogi Tea too!

Saturday, April 19: Full Hour Chakra Gong Healing with Jaap Kaur
Feel your balanced radiance as you relate to yourself, creator, others, and the creator at work everywhere in harmony. Drop limitations and unhelpful thoughts out of the way so we can create peace. Reduce our own filter to accept and blend with all. Clarity with Letting our heart& spirit rule!

Gong will help clear out any clutter from body, mind, & spirit, & align chakras so we can build our energy strong and connected to flow with ease! Nothing slows us down or holds us back!

Do little powerful breath and movement to get your energy flowing; then relax and let the Gong do the work for you! Effortlessly benefit from the gong. Manifest prosperity on all levels.

Life is short, take time to receive the gifts of nurturing support of the gong and clear the past. Treat yourself each 3rd Saturday of the month.

“In your life, the worst thing that eats you up inside is when you remember your past – it is very anti-God. Yesterday is gone.” Yogi Bhajan
