Warm-ups: 8 am
White Tantric Yoga: 9 am – 6 pm
Vegetarian lunch included.

(Traditional Indian food will be served: Aloo Gobi, Dal Makhani, Sarson Ka Saag, Rice, Salad, Naan bread, and some snacks for after the event)

White Tantric Yoga is just a month away. Our staff and volunteers at Yoga Phoenix are very excited and looking forward to this event! 

This year we are hosting White Tantric Yoga at an elementary school. It is a cozy and humble space. The energy of White Tantric Yoga is for sure to be powerful and cleansing no matter where is it held. All that is required is your participation! So make a good start of this year with White Tantric Yoga and with our community in Phoenix!
