Senior teacher, Adi Singh, has created a special summer series to help us develop our intuition for the Aquarian Age.

Information is not enough. Neither is knowledge. We need wisdom.
The outer education provided by the information revolution must be matched by an inner education in wisdom, self-control, intuition, and the use of the neutral mind. We need stamina under stress, clarity of values for decisions, and a new base for identity. We need the ability to command our brain, mind, and states of consciousness consciously through the filter of intuition, wisdom, and the positive, negative, and neutral minds. Erin Finkelstein is a clarinetist and also a Feldenkrais practitioner with many years of experience in helping people improving the body's functions and movement. The many people that Erin has worked with included musicians, artists, doctors, teachers, the elderly, people with chronic pain, and many more.
The Feldenkrais Method is a gentle and effective technique that helps us connect with our body. Scientific studies have shown that the Feldenkrais Method can improve flexibility, lower stress and depression, reduce pain, and treat neurological problem.
